This website is an independent campaign supporting Paul Denham and calling for a full, fair and independent review of his conviction in the United States.
Paul Denham was convicted of murder by a California court. That conviction remains legally valid unless and until it is overturned or otherwise set aside. Paul has consistently maintained his innocence. The purpose of this website is not to determine guilt or innocence, but to highlight matters which Paul’s supporters believe raise serious and legitimate questions about the safety of his conviction.
Information published on this website has been compiled in good faith from court records, legal documents, expert reports, media coverage and information supplied by Paul, his representatives and supporters. We endeavour to distinguish established facts from allegations, reported claims and expressions of opinion. References to alleged misconduct, evidential irregularities or investigative failures should not be understood as findings of fact unless expressly identified as such.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, and publication should not be interpreted as an assertion that any named individual has committed a criminal offence or acted unlawfully unless that fact has been established by a court or other competent authority.
